[WL::Change] Package updates on dellas/siteview

Done on dellas. Some remarks did dirty hacks to get php (the
php-5.2.11 in ports is having security warnings and fails to install)
 to work properly:
  -  http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?prp=140678-1-txt&n=/patch.txt
  - www/drupal6/Makefile (removed pcre as this is now shipped by default)

Siteview is not yet finished, but that will not cause any major downtime issues.
